Do you do Christening/Baby Shower balloons?
Yes – we do balloons for every occasion.
Do you deliver and how much is it?
Yes we do. We offer a delivery and set up service on all our decor. Delivery/set up charges are quoted on an individual basis. Get in touch for a quote.
What’s What in Helium Ballons
The world of balloons can be a confusing place, with so many different types to choose from. It’s often hard to know where to start. Flick through our handy images to guide you on your way:
Foil balloons
Made of: metallicised nylon;
Float time: around a week;
Shapes: stars, hearts, circles;
Colours: all;
Can they be personalised: oh yes;

Please note, foil balloons are particularly sensitive to temperature and may not always be suitable for outdoor use. On a very cold day, the helium will compress and make the balloon look saggy. On a very hot day, the helium will expand – balloons burst in hot cars, and as a result of extreme change of temperature. On a rainy day, the balloon will sink! Latex Balloons
Made of: all our latex balloon are made from 100% natural latex – we never use cheaper alternatives;
Float time: around 16 hours. We can treat latex balloons with a product called Hi-Float, which extends flying time by around a week. Typically, this adds 50p to the price of the balloon;
Shapes: round, heart;
Finishes: pearlised, jewel (vibrant and translucent), plain, printed;
Cost: £1.75
We also supply larger latex balloons, up to 6ft in diameter. Please call or email us for prices.
Flower Balloons
Made of: 100% natural latex;
Float time: around 16 hours. We can treat these balloons with a product called Hi-Float, which extends the flying time by around a week. This adds 50p to the price of the balloon;
Cost: £5.00.
Whizzers
These are little curly latex balloons that add fun and frolics to our bouquets. They are air-filled and cost £1.00.
Mini Clusters
Mini clusters add a really fun finishing touch to a bouquet, and only cost an extra £5.00.
Gumballs
Plastic outer balloon filled with 6 x small latex balloons in your colour choice;
Float time: around a week;
Can it be personalised: yes, add £1.50 to the cost;
Cost: £10.00
Double Decos (sorry, no image yet)
Made of: plastic (outer balloon) and latex (inner balloon);
Float for: around a week;
Shapes: round (also possible to have heart-shaped latex inside the Double Deco);
Can they be personalised: yes – add £1.50 to the cost of the balloon;
Cost: £7.00
Duo Balloons (sorry, no image yet)
Made of: 100% natural latex (11″ inside a 16″ balloon);
Float for: around 30 hours;
Cost: £5.00
Starbursts
Made of: 100% natural latex;
Float for: around 16 hours. We can treat them with Hi-Float so they’ll float for around a week – add £6.00 to the cost.
Cost: £25
Spiral Arch
A spiral arch or column is a brilliant way to turn any event into a bedazzling show of colour. They are made from hundreds of latex balloons, and are formed to create a spiral (or other) pattern throughout the garland. We can also create balloon sculptures and names with balloons. Please get in touch for a quote, as the cost very much depends on size.
String of Pearl Arch
A string of pearl arch can be used to jooj up smaller areas of a room such as an interior doorway, small stage or top table at a wedding party (or even the cake table). Two SOP arches can also be used to great effect criss-crossed across a dance floor. As with all arches, price depends on size and length, so please get in touch for a quote.
